Your Stryd weight setting changed without you noticing, so every watt in the file is off by the same proportion, for the whole run. That is one constant away from right.

Drop a .fit file and scale the power. Form Power and Air Power move with it, so the file keeps agreeing with itself. Every other byte is left exactly as it was, and the file is corrected on your device and never uploaded.
